The service carried through to the restaurant, where I had a great experience of solid German cooking. The staff were wonderful hosts, caring and gracious throughout. My room was on the small side, but it was quaint, clean, and arranged efficiently. I’ll treasure the time I spent there.

We hadn’t planned to stay here, but our car broke down nearby and we stopped at the hotel. The staff couldn’t have been friendlier or more helpful. Our room was comfortable, and both dinner and breakfast were excellent. I’d recommend it very highly.

8/10
The breakfast was really good, and the staff were friendly. The room was fine, but it didn’t have air-conditioning, so the night was hot. We couldn’t open the window because there’s a road in front and it was very noisy. I don’t know whether other rooms have air-conditioning.

4/10
There’s no air-conditioning, and opening the window means dealing with heavy traffic noise, even at night. The bed is extremely small, and the toilet is even smaller than one on a sailboat. A normal-sized person can barely sit on it.

The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the restaurant was great. Breakfast was excellent, the coffee was very good, and everything was really nice and friendly.
