The room was spacious and had a smoke balcony, but traffic and trains made it quite noisy, and the two small beds I was given weren't the large bed I'd reserved. That affected my comfort and sleep. The hotel has a historic look and sits right by a U-Bahn station. Staff were friendly and professional, breakfast was about what you'd expect, and despite the room issues I had a positive stay.

We booked months ahead without having to pay a deposit, and the service was great. The bar and breakfast area have a quaint feel, and the rooms are cosy. The shower could use an improvement, but I'd happily come back.

Parking was a real help. After I drove out, the space was kept reserved for me. The staff were friendly and very helpful, and breakfast service felt welcoming. Linda, who served me, was such a lovely person and always smiling. I had a comfortable stay and will return, though next time I'll avoid the room beside the elevator. There's a bar too, so it also suits guests going out at night.

We had spacious rooms with a lobby and seating area, and the staff were fantastic, friendly and very polite. The breakfast was the best I've had on my German road trip so far. I'd gladly stay here again and recommend it.

The beds were good, and breakfast was really nice, with an excellent buffet. The place has a lot of 70s charm, but the wiring is pretty bad, with loose plugs and other broken things around. I suspect it may fall short of quite a few fire and safety standards. This might be where the hit song “Wackelkontakt” was written.
