WiFi worked well, and there’s a small breakfast buffet. The room was basic and small, with a shower curtain. Parking only fits around 3-4 cars, and getting there means driving up a steep, narrow ramp. Mine was full, so I had to reverse back down. Reception is available for limited hours, and you collect your room key using a code. A small hotel with basic rooms and services.

The hotel is clean and has a good breakfast. It’s marked correctly on Google Maps, but there’s no sign on the building, which is near the Irish pub. One thing to know: after 3 pm, reception is handled remotely. You call the online desk, get a code, and enter it at the key box to collect your keys.

Breakfast costs extra, and there’s off-road parking. It’s a good, clean hotel and would make a handy base for the Porsche and Mercedes-Benz Museums. My sat nav had trouble finding the place, and the outside signs were poor, unlike what I’d seen in the Google image. I’d stay here again.

For the price, the room was great: clean, with free parking and contactless check-in. The nearest shop or petrol station is a five-minute drive away. If you’re sensitive to noise, the thin walls are a problem. I could hear the neighbors typing on their phones, and the bed in room nr 4 squeaked a lot.

The room was nice and the WiFi was good. Reception is a strange setup, with someone a few hundred kilometres away giving instructions through a speaker.
