Emils Hotel

The neighboring Kunst restaurant is sublime, and the staff were extremely helpful and proficient. Parking and breakfast were both included and wonderful. It’s also a great base for exploring the region.

We had a friendly, helpful welcome, and the staff gave us plenty of information. The hotel is in a quiet housing neighborhood, which was a plus. Our room was very clean and well laid out. It felt hot at first, but cooled down quickly. The balcony is small, but you can reach it through either of the two doors in our room. The bathroom is spacious and clean, though a table or bench would be handy for cosmetic bags. We had our dog with us, and the green area behind the hotel was nice for him. You can get there through the dining room and maybe the gym. There’s nowhere to leave poop bags, which is a downside for a dog-friendly hotel. It’s a GREAT hotel, and we’ll definitely return and recommend it.

We only stayed a short time, but the hotel was wonderful and the rooms were very nice. The breakfast buffet was small but good, and the staff were helpful and friendly.

We had a room at the back, with a nice view, and the surroundings were quiet. The room had excellent mattresses, air conditioning, a Nespresso coffee machine, and a water boiler. There was also a very nice rain shower in the bathroom. The hotel is modern and stylish, and parking is beside it. A friendly staff member greeted us in English, and check-in was quick and easy. We were told to have dinner at the adjacent Hotel Kunz. The food and service were both good, but it’s advisable to reserve. The staff at Emils Hotel forgot to mention that, so we were lucky to get a table. We stayed one night in May.
