Breakfasts were fantastic, and the service was very good. The location is great and the rooms are well equipped. Ours had a private balcony or patio, which was lovely for late-night drinks with friends. It was very hot during our stay, so better air circulation in the rooms would have helped, though it wasn’t a major problem. Just know that the rooms facing the square hear the bell.

Right in central Pirna, with a view of the old town square from the rooms. The room was modern and comfortable, and the bed was nice. The city hall clock tower chimes through the night, so keep that in mind. The Wi-Fi was very unreliable, and there was no tea, coffee, or kettle in the room. Staff were friendly, but unfortunately it wasn’t possible to communicate in English. Electric car charging is available, with an epic parking spot between the hotel and the church!

The rooms were clean and nice, the staff very kind, and the location excellent, right in the city center. I didn’t get to eat there because there wasn’t a table available when I wanted one. A good sign 😉

We were there during a major heat wave, and with no air conditioning or other way to cool down, the stay was very uncomfortable. I know that’s common in this part of the world, but it was still tough. The beds were average at best. We did enjoy the breakfast and the bathrooms.
