Holiday home, Plau am See

The hosts, René, Moreen, and their daughter, who kindly handed us the key, were genuinely warm and welcoming. We had a wonderful, relaxing five days in their cozy 35m² log cabin in the health resort of Plau am See. It sounds small for two adults, but even in the cool, dark winter weather it never felt cramped. Maritime details gave the cabin a lovely connection to Plau am See. After long day trips it warmed up quickly, and it had all the utensils we needed to cook. Towels, bed linens, Wi-Fi, and parking were included, which was a welcome bonus.

We had a lovely long weekend in the clean, cozy, well-equipped log cabin. Restaurants and different shops are about a 15-minute walk away. The landlord was very friendly and helpful, and we'd gladly recommend both the accommodation and the Wiedbusch family as hosts. Best regards, Virginia and Toni

We stayed with two adults and two small children. The outdoor space was lovely, with a little terrace, lawn, barbecue, and playhouse. Inside, the landlord was very friendly and accommodating, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Downstairs there's a living area with a kitchenette and a small shower bathroom. A ladder takes you up to the attic sleeping area with mattresses. It's cozy up there, though you need to watch your head.

I had a wonderful weekend in this charming, clean cabin, which had everything I needed. There’s a sofa bed in the living area that I found comfortable, and a sleeping loft I didn't dare climb up to. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a dishwasher, stove, oven, fridge, and all sorts of utensils. Out in the garden there's a grill, and the small veranda is a lovely spot for coffee in the morning sun.
