The room was comfortable and clean, and the reception staff were super friendly. The hotel has a distinctive Rococo look that somehow feels brought into the 21st century, especially in the eye-catching hall. Breakfast was okay, though the woman working there was so attentive that I sometimes just wanted a quiet meal. Once, when I took a large glass for water from the bottle beside the juice, she nearly yelled that it wasn't for juice. I explained I wanted water, which was true, but really, who cares which glass you use?

Everything worked well for us, and the staff were friendly and quick to help. The room was clean and breakfast was very good. My only complaint is that the mattresses and pillows weren't comfortable.

The food was good, traditional and well cooked, with generous portions, though nothing fancy or new. Getting service was another matter. We stood in the doorway for about ten minutes when we arrived, while a dramatic bit of flaming meat seemed to take priority over simply seating us. Whenever another customer came in, the waiters rolled their eyes and acted as if finding a table was impossible, then seated them anyway. It didn't feel welcoming. We waited a long time and struggled to get a waiter's attention. To be fair, having to go to another part of the hotel to find salt or cacao can't help, but ignoring customers who call isn't the answer. The restaurant may be understaffed, or the staff on duty may be inefficient.

I'm still here, and it's been amazing so far. The food, room, cleanliness and hotel staff have all been great, five stars across the board. The center is only 1-2 minutes away and is amazing too. People in this town are nice.
