Room 1 was a letdown. Its many windows all face the hotel parking lot, where people are constantly walking past, so we couldn't open the blinds. A busy road is just across the lot, and we heard cars and trucks passing all the time. The lakeside view is beautiful and the breakfast really tasty, though. With a lake-facing room, I'm sure this could be a nice stay, but a parking-lot-facing room like ours wasn't.

We liked the clean, modern room, and the terrace overlooking the small lake was lovely. There's also a nearby park for walks. Service was very kind and friendly, and breakfast was fantastic. Plenty of free parking right in front and beside the hotel. We'll definitely return.

I called to ask a couple of questions about the rooms shown with pictures on their website because I wanted to book a week. The manager seemed uncomfortable answering clearly, then hung up. I called back, and she made excuses that the line had cut off. She was rude and very unfriendly on the phone.

The bed was very comfortable, and the newly built place is clean and in a quiet area. But the toilet was still dirty after housekeeping, and they had only emptied the bin. There was no kettle in the room, so no hot water. Reception is closed from 8 pm until 7:30 am, with nobody there to help. I left my key in the room and had to stay outside from midnight until 7:30. There was a number to call, but the answering machine spoke German, which I don't understand. How irresponsible.

A good breakfast, a nice lake view, and a pleasant hotel.
