The team really goes out of its way to help, with patience and kindness, and that made the stay feel extra special. The rooms are well designed and equipped, and breakfast is generous and varied. The hotel has a great feel and sits in the middle of the old city, a five-minute walk from Sanssucci. There’s no elevator, but the service, quality, and location more than made up for it. Don’t miss a great stay in Potsdam!

6/10
The employees were very kind, the price was good, and I really liked the breakfast. It had the feel of an old Jazz Club. The hotel is right in the heart of Potsdam, a perfect base for exploring the city. My three-point rating means average. The room itself was average too, and you could hear the neighbors very clearly. Even with those small drawbacks, the place is worth visiting for its location, and I’d recommend it if you can live with them.

The entrance was a little confusing, and several things need work. Wi-Fi was so slow I couldn’t even load an email, the room was filthy, with a literal layer of dust under the bed, and parking was troublesome. When we came down for breakfast with more than an hour and a half still to go, it was nearly empty. This could be much better with a little effort.

Best value for the price. The accommodation is good, the staff are friendly, and it’s right in the centre of Potsdam. Breakfast was good too, though there are only three parking spaces in the hotel courtyard. The rooms are large, with well-equipped bathrooms, but no refrigerator.

The staff were unbelievably rude every single time. I regularly stay in Potsdam hotels when I fly over to teach at a university there, and this place is a no-go. Do yourself a favour and stay somewhere else.
