The breakfast buffet was the best part for me, with a good range of eggs, sausages, bread, vegetables, and even orange or mixed veggie juice you can make yourself. There's a nice winter garden for sitting and enjoying it. The location is great too. The rooms are huge and have everything you need, with firm mattresses and perfect pillows. Friendly people welcome you.

The room was OK overall, though the shower leaked a bit and there were some noises at night. Service was quick and good. Mostly what I expected from a 3-star hotel.

Breakfast was the highlight for us, with plenty of hot and cold food and drinks. It really made the hotel feel worth it despite a few inconveniences. Our room was very spacious and had a coffee machine and safe, though it was plain and not especially cozy. We missed having a fridge most of all. There are a few parking spaces on the adjacent street, which is handy, but you need to check in first and get the right key. A decent place to stay in Potsdam, and we can recommend it.

The room hadn't been cleaned well, and there were stains on the towels and bedspread. Breakfast was very limited, and some of the dishes were cold. The hotel's hygiene arrangements during the Corona period also didn't seem well thought through. Its location is very central, and most of the staff were friendly and helpful. That's how the stay felt to me, though other guests may have had a different experience.

The location was amazing, and the hotel was really clean. We had a big room and a really nice stay, with an excellent breakfast.
