Elisapart - Apartments am Sommerschloss

The rooms, kitchen, linen, cutlery, and bathroom were all clean, and the amenities were good. It’s a quiet, convenient spot right by Potsdam Charlottenhof station, which is well connected to Berlin city and the airport. One improvement would be more internationally compatible power outlets, plus some USB charging points.

The apartment was at a comfortable temperature, and the windows did such a good job that we barely heard noise from outside. The manager was responsive and handled requests without trouble. The staff were very friendly and spoke several languages, including German, English, Spanish, and Turkish, so I don’t understand some of the past complaints. The location is superb, and it’s a great place at a reasonable price.

I stayed here for over 7 months and honestly couldn’t have picked a better place. My family felt at home, and I’d choose it again. The apartments are modern, with good kitchens, a quality oven, stove, dishwasher, and washer, plus plenty of cooking items and utensils. The cleaning was done really well, and they provided whatever we needed, from toilet paper and paper towels to soaps, dish detergent, sponges, trash bags, dishwasher soap, cloths, towels, and extra pillows. It’s safe, with stores, trams, buses, and trains around the corner. The balconies are spacious, and the functional windows block noise. There are double curtains and electric shades to keep the sunlight out. It’s one of the few places in Germany with air conditioning and a great heating system. The people who work here really care and will take care of your needs. You cannot go wrong with Elisapart. Something else.

Stores are nearby, and the location is lovely, with really friendly employees. Parking can be a challenge unless you pay, but we managed to make it work.
