The hotel is so big that it can be confusing to find your way around, though it's still a nice place to stay. My room was quite small, but the surfaces were planned well. I loved the bathroom, especially the good shower and the lighting, which is better than in many hotel bathrooms. The soap and shower products smelled really nice, and I was happy to use them. The balcony was great, with a nice view. Breakfast was okay, but a bit disappointing.

This is a beautiful hotel in the middle of Berlin, and it feels really quiet and calm. A good choice if you need a relaxing environment. The staff and the new manager are amazing.

The breakfast was perfect, and so were the sauna and pool facilities. The hotel was clean and the service was good. For free parking, you can leave the car right by the entrance, on the street between the traffic light and the entrance. There's a fast food stand just before you go in, so if you need to walk, at least you have some options. I was reading the reviews and wanted to add my own opinion: the hotel was perfect. 😃💃

It's really convenient for getting around, with train and tram stops close by. The Kongresshotel Potsdam staff are professional, friendly, and always responsive. I can't wait to stay there again!

The hotel's services, pool and parking were good, and breakfast and dinner were usually good too. The room quality didn't feel like 4 stars, though. I stayed for 9 days, and the heater placement in my single room was annoying. The noisy bathroom air intake was too.
