Landhof Potsdam

The apartment was clean and tidy, and otherwise everything worked out fine. The TV's private channels were encrypted and wouldn't work. We called the landlord, who wasn't there, and got a brief, dissatisfied answer: "Yes, it works." The remote had no numbers and there were no instructions, so we gave up trying to watch TV during our two-night stay.

We were a group of 10 and had a great time. Everything was great, and we'd recommend it.

The property itself is lovely, and the location is handy, with a bus stop only a few meters away. Our studio, though, had very little furniture. During the week we noticed a few cleanliness problems, including in the shower and under the bed. The mattresses are worn, and the thin curtain at the big windows and glass door to the courtyard is see-through, so it offers little privacy or comfort and doesn't darken the room.

We stayed for three days in the large upstairs apartment and felt very comfortable. It had three lovely bedrooms, colorful dishes displayed in a cabinet, and a well-equipped, functional kitchen with a dishwasher. The bathroom was great, with both a shower and bathtub. It wasn't very clean, unfortunately, and we had to wipe out the whole refrigerator. Otherwise, we were happy there and will definitely come back.
