B&B Hotel Potsdam

The central location near the train station was the one good thing about this place. The beds are tiny, and I don’t fit either lengthwise or across. The chair and desk were uncomfortable, and there was only a paper cup in the room, no glass for water. Breakfast was embarrassing: nothing hot, and nothing prepared in-house. Service was bad too. I was told I had to iron my clothes in the lobby and couldn’t take an iron up to my room. The lobby is tiny, maybe six people at most, and it was hard to get even an hour of work done because both it and breakfast were extremely loud, mainly because of the receptionist.

I was nervous about traveling alone with three kids, but the kind, easy service made things simple. We all fit comfortably in the rooms, and the beds were the best I’ve slept in at a hotel for quite a while. It was affordable, clean, and had a relaxing atmosphere, with easy check-in even after hours and large parking spaces. I’d book again whenever I can.

After a long, tiring journey, my second stay at B&B Hotel was just as relaxing as I’d hoped. My room was clean, spacious, and well equipped. The receptionist was very friendly, gave great service, and even recommended places nearby to visit. I highly recommend B&B Hotel.

For the price, everything else was fine, and the location right by the station is perfect. I was only there for one night and arrived around 11 pm, but the self check-in didn’t work. B&B could improve that process, especially for people who book through platforms like Agoda or Booking. The hotline was already closed while I was stuck at the terminal. Luckily I eventually found the emergency number and reached a very friendly person at Halle B&B Hotel, who helped me out.
