Such a nice place, and the staff are sweet. The room had good equipment, and both the bed and shower were neat and in good shape.

I stay here regularly for work, and the room has everything I need to cook for myself. It’s a lovely aparthotel for a few days in Potsdam, right in the city center with lots of attractions an easy walk away. The rooms are well equipped for self-catering and relatively quiet.

We keep returning to this Potsdam hotel. It’s a handy alternative to Berlin if you’d rather avoid the crowds, and there are plenty of restaurants, cafés, and bars right around it. The hotel is run really well, the rooms are great, and public transport gets you quickly to Berlin’s Olympic Stadium and Waldbühne theater.

The modern room had a small kitchenette, but the service was nowhere near what the hotel name and price suggest. We stayed seven nights and had to ask several times before anyone made the beds or cleaned the floor. They said we’d put the “Do Not Disturb” tag on the door, which was simply untrue. The coffee and tea weren’t replenished either. I wouldn’t recommend it if you expect hotel service.
