The constant noise after 10 p.m. and glass being dumped improperly in the courtyard have made living next to these apartments a real problem. We put up polite written notices on the building door, but they’re taken down straight away. The apartments may suit their guests, but the building is a disaster for the neighbors. The operator really needs to step in.

We had a great girls’ weekend, and the apartment size worked perfectly for our group. Finding somewhere suitable for our once-a-year get-together can be tricky. The furnishings are pretty basic, and some cupboard items were missing, so it’s sensible to bring a few things of your own. Cleanliness was fine, though nothing special.

The location is the one good thing. The courtyard turns out to be a sandy parking area with a small spot for the bins, and inside there’s no peace either. Guests seem to compete over who can make more noise, partying late or shouting. The furniture looks good in photos, but in person it’s cheap, ordinary stuff.

The shared terrace is huge, and the rest of the accommodation was great. It’s nicely modern inside, too. The big TV had no channels, though, which feels like the kind of detail that should be sorted at this price. Otherwise, everything was okay.
