The staff made everything smooth and pleasant. The room was clean and nice, with a good kitchenette, a fridge, and everything we needed, though the walls and windows don’t block much noise. Getting there by public transport is easy, with a tram or bus stop nearby and Postdam Charlottenhof station about a five-minute walk away.

The building looks incredibly charming from outside, while the inside and the service are just okay. The location is decent, if not perfect. Nothing here is actually bad, but for a little more money you can get much nicer rooms at much better hotels.

We paid around 110 euro a night for a five-bed apartment, plus 7 euro per breakfast each day. We were happy with the price and location: about five minutes to the park and train station, with lots of other things reachable on foot or by car. The free parking for hotel guests was always available and very convenient. The staff were really helpful, and breakfast was nice and cheap. Our one issue was the heat in our particular room. It was on the second floor in the attic, with only roof windows, and even the two fans in the room couldn’t cool it down. Coming back to such a hot apartment wasn’t much fun. Thanks for the good service. We’ve saved the place for future trips.
