Mrs Ketzer is a lovely owner, friendly and often seeming to know what you need before you ask. The rooms are charming, with a kitchenette and a way to boil water for the tea bags, especially useful in winter. They also have an umbrella and hair dryer for rainy days. The big breakfast is included, with sparkling wine, eggs made how you like them, salads, cereal, and bread with all the usual things. The place is a picturesque stop between Potsdam city centre and SansSouci. Buses and trams are just around the corner, and guests get a free public transport ticket. I can recommend it all!

The room was very dark. We also had to walk 30 + 30min to collect the key from their main office.
