The chef and owner was so kind and looked after us really well. Breakfast was already waiting on the table when we came down in the morning. We loved our stay at this adorable little hotel, right in the historic town center, which felt magical. We'd be happy to come back someday.

The innkeeper was young, friendly, and sympathetic, with great stories and tips about the house, hotel, and town. It's the oldest house in town, and the amenities were just right. Take away the cars and the place feels like a German fairytale. Excellent stay, and I wish him the best of luck. We'll be back.

In the heart of romantic Franconia, this cozy hotel has a lovely medieval feel. Our room was simply but tastefully furnished, with a view over the medieval town, and the bed was comfortable. The host was incredibly friendly and made us a generous vegetarian breakfast on request. We even got a sweet treat for free.

We were offered a choice of two rooms when we arrived. Both were at the front, with lovely views through charming little windows of historic Prichsenstadt and its fountain. The rooms were very clean, and the bathroom was modern. It was cold outside, but our room stayed pleasantly warm. Breakfast was delicious with plenty to choose from, even with the COVID restrictions, and the owner was friendly and accommodating. We loved the experience of staying in such an old building, which dates back to 1246, or so we think. We spent two nights in this beautiful hotel.
