After a long drive, it’s a handy place to stay overnight. The garden is beautiful, the room was clean, and the breakfast service was very good, with good black coffee ☕😄. The place is old, though. Without that coffee and service, I wouldn’t have given it four stars.

The room was clean and breakfast was good, but we weren’t told the restaurant would be closed for a private party. We arrived late after a full day in the car, then had to drive farther to find food. A heads up before we got there could easily have prevented that.

The food was good, and you can try local beer from the village of Falkenhagen. It was really tasty, and they also serve local products at breakfast. The staff were amazing and very friendly. A very nice hotel.

The new owner took great care of us, and everything was perfect. We had a lovely breakfast and dinner, and the rooms were nice. I’ll definitely stay here again if I’m in the area.

Falkenhagen doesn’t have many options, with only three hotels, and this one is a good budget choice. The staff were very cordial, and the restaurant served good food. We had a few WiFi issues, but the rest of the stay was excellent.
