Störtebeker Hof Pension

We had everything we needed in the room, and the guesthouse was very clean. The kitchen is fully equipped, so it was easy to make our own meals. There's a large garden where we enjoyed eating outside in good weather and soaking up the peace and quiet. Two bicycles are available to rent from the guesthouse for a small fee, handy for short rides such as going to the beach in Zingst. It makes getting around easy even without a car.

The shared bathroom was spotless and nicely done, with a spa shower. There isn't a shower or toilet in the room, but the separate men's and women's facilities are only three doors away. I liked that the TV was in the lovely dining room rather than in the room, since a vacation doesn't need constant background noise. There's a shared kitchen if you don't want to eat out, and breakfast is generous, fresh, and homemade. The garden has lots of places to relax, and you might even see deer at night. We were completely satisfied, and the owner was wonderful, with helpful tips and suggestions. A fantastic, one-of-a-kind place to stay.

Nature surrounds the property, and the common room has a fireplace and a bar. Each room is furnished in its own thoughtful way, with lots of attention to detail. It felt like a real oasis, and I'd recommend it to anyone looking to get away from the rush of everyday life. The owners were delightful, too. Great praise to them.

The breakfast was generous and delicious, and the landlady was incredibly welcoming and helpful. Our room was large and clean, and we felt right at home. Sharing the toilets and showers was no issue at all. Even though the place was fully booked, I didn't run into anyone in the shared facilities during our four-day stay.
