Avoid this place for major events. I booked in October 2025 for the 2026 Formula 1 Belgian Grand Prix, but they cancelled my reservation months later, saying it was due to “overbooking.” Prices in the area have tripled since, and now I’m left without accommodation. Extremely unreliable and unprofessional for such a high-demand event. I’m a Booking Genius Level 3 member, and I’ve never been treated with such little respect for a confirmed contract. Don’t trust them with your travel plans.

The food was good and reasonably priced, and the service was very friendly. We were only two people, and the restaurant didn’t seem especially busy, but we waited about an hour for our food. Other tables had the same long wait. Without that delay, I would’ve given it four stars.

The hosts were really friendly, helpful, and nice. Breakfast was great, and it’s very child-friendly, close to walking trails and the snow gliding area. We’ll definitely be back!
