Apartment am Pulverturm

Dear Ballin Family, thank you for letting us spend a few wonderful days in your vacation apartment. You gave us such a warm welcome and shared great ideas for things to see and places to eat. The apartment is lovingly furnished, immaculately maintained, and has everything we could need. It's quiet and set back from the street, but still very central, with a lovely garden and even a pool. We had a fantastic time and saw so much. Thanks again, we'll gladly recommend you!

The coat rack wasn't secured properly. It fell when we put four winter jackets on it and nearly hit our two-year-old son. The owner asked for more money to replace it than the rack itself had cost. We also left our high-quality shower gels behind. When I asked the owner to send them to me and said I'd cover postage, he stopped replying. We definitely wouldn't stay there again with our children.

The central location made getting around with the kids especially easy, and the landlords were very friendly. It’s an ideal place for a family, with an apartment that had everything we could want. We’d happily stay again.

The place had a lovely feel and was very clean. The hosts were friendly too, so we’d be glad to come back 😊
