The welcome and service were outstanding, and breakfast was tasty with enough choice. Thanks so much. This is a wonderful place at the foot of the Schlossberg, in a historic building converted into a guesthouse. My room looked tiny at first, but it was comfortable and cleverly laid out. The whole hotel is stylish and suits the town’s beautifully preserved medieval heritage.

We’d happily stay again. The staff took such good care of us, and the hotel lets you really enjoy the atmosphere around the castle. Our room and breakfast were both great, too. It’s right at the foot of the castle, in the heart of Quedlinburg.

The hotel was very clean, and you’re almost right in the town centre. My single room was tiny, though it worked fine for one night. Guests have to pay €14 for parking, which I think should be free. I also wasn’t happy about being made to buy the €3 coupon book.

Quedlinburg has meant a lot to me ever since I first started coming here on holiday, and I’ve stayed at Hotel Domschatz every year since. Frau Schinkel and her lovely team make sure you’re well looked after. I keep returning for the peaceful atmosphere, cosy rooms, nice breakfast, free coffee and tea, friendly staff, good location, and the view of the castle.

The location is the best part, and breakfast was pretty good, especially the homemade coffee cake. They even left a free slice of cheesecake in the room, which was delicious. The staff were pleasant, the minibar was reasonably priced, and the room was clean and comfortable. It was VERY small, but the price was great.
