We were very comfortable here, right in Quedlinburg’s Old Town. The location was amazing, and we liked the breakfast and staff, too. Parking is the main difficulty: spots nearby can be hard to find because of the location, and the hotel’s own lot gets crowded. We also missed having a kettle with tea or coffee in the room. The pillows were far too soft for us.

We waited 20 minutes at the cafe and got no service. Nobody came over, and they hadn’t even cleared the dishes left by the previous customers. We went to ask for help ourselves and were told someone would check, but still no one came to our table, even though three staff members were standing free inside. Not recommended.

Our room was incredibly clean, as if nobody had ever used it before, and the staff were super friendly and ready to help however they could. The location worked perfectly for us, though finding parking may be tricky if you arrive by car. The single room was very small, with unnecessary furniture and a bed that was too short. It was also hot and humid, but it was 36 degrees while we were there.

Breakfast was a great start to the day, with scrambled eggs, fruit, different breads, mini croissants, and nice filter coffee. The hotel is in a perfect spot for visiting beautiful Quedlinburg. In summer, it could get hot, so it’s better to book a room with a fan or AC.

We spent two nights here with our dog. The place is beautiful, and the staff were really friendly. Breakfast was a very good buffet, with plenty of choice and good quality. Totally recommended.
