The rooms were lovely and spotless, and having a little kitchen meant we could cook for ourselves if we wanted. Out back, a mountain trail starts right behind the guesthouse, and the cows make the setting even nicer. Breakfast was delicious, with a jug of wonderfully fresh milk and dairy products made locally. The owners were so kind and friendly. I'd happily recommend staying here.

We weren't bothered that they serve breakfast only. The Leyererhof is a small guesthouse run by the family, who are also cattle farmers. They were very welcoming, and the place has a peaceful, family feel. A good fit if that's what you're looking for.

We'd love to return. The hosts are very friendly and put out a generous breakfast. Set high above Ramsau, the place has beautiful mountain views and makes a great base for hikes nearby.

The Votz family made us feel incredibly welcome. The accommodation has a typically Bavarian feel, and it's a great place to experience Bavaria, especially the Berchtesgaden region. We'll definitely be back!
