The bathroom, especially the shower, is on the small side, though it was adequate. Everything else about our stay in the "Lilienstein" apartment was wonderful. The beds were great, there were plenty of pillows, and the apartment was spacious and very clean. The kitchen had loads of extras, from spices and paper towels to baking paper, and was exceptionally well equipped. They'd even provided lots of toilet paper, shower gel, soap, and hairspray. There was parking for cars and bicycles in the courtyard, plus a fantastic common room with free drinks and snacks. We were welcomed so warmly. The common room was a real treat, with a pool table, foosball, board games, and a minibar, all free to use. Mr. Prange welcomed us warmly and shared useful information about the area, shops, and restaurants. My partner and I spent four lovely days in Saxon Switzerland in October, and felt comfortable at Villa Nevada from the start. The apartment had everything we needed, including towels, kitchen utensils, and a choice of pillows from soft to firm. We had a great short break and are already looking forward to returning. Highly recommend Villa Nevada.

We stayed for a few nights in August, and what stood out most was how welcoming the owners were. They were friendly throughout and made sure we had everything we needed, giving Villa Nevada a warm, family feel. The apartment was fully equipped, especially the kitchen, which had a wide range of appliances for cooking. The setting is very quiet but still convenient for exploring the lovely area. We were impressed with our stay and will be back.

Arriving after 8 p.m. left us unable to reach anyone by phone, and even with a key safe we couldn't get inside. We had to find somewhere else to stay, yet we were still charged for the missed night. I can't believe this can happen nowadays. It was no kind of guest service.

The room was clean, tidy, and ready when we arrived, with an incredibly comfortable bed, pillows, and blankets. It also had plenty of useful equipment, including a hairdryer, ironing board, oven, and coffee maker. We were given a warm welcome and a tour of the whole property, with everything explained. My partner and I already felt this would be a special stay after meeting the owners, Mrs. Magda and Mr. Dirk, who made a lovely first impression. Beforehand, Mr. and Mrs. Prange had quickly answered our inquiry about the arrival date and confirmed it clearly. We asked for local recommendations and got lots of helpful tips and leaflets in different languages. I'd highly recommend the place, and we'll return and tell our friends.
