We stayed a couple of days to see Dusseldorf and the area, and we’d definitely return. The breakfast is generous and varied, with fresh bread, fruit, cheese, cold meats, and good local products. Staff were very friendly, helpful, and quick to answer email questions. Our room was spacious, cosy, clean, nicely refurbished, and had a comfortable bed. The bathroom worked fine but could use an update, which would make the hotel an obvious choice at this price. We also liked the self check-in, which gave us more freedom with arrival and departure.

The room’s bed and bathroom were spotless, and I barely noticed the traffic at night. The price for what you get is excellent. It’s a beautifully modern hotel, and self check-in was simple. I was abroad and didn’t get the text with my PIN and room number, which was my fault, but the 24/7 support helped me right away.
