Four Points Flex by Sheraton Ratingen Düsseldorf Airport

I was in the area for a Fortnite gaming event at ISS Dome, about 10 minutes away by car. There was a heat wave in May, so having A/C was very welcome. It wasn’t working well in my first room, but even on a busy weekend they quickly moved me to a much cooler one. The hotel is quiet and away from busy roads and traffic noise, a bit of an oasis. Omar in the restaurant suggested the Snitzel with roast veg, which was excellent. I’d stay here again if I’m back around Dusseldorf.

A great spot for events at PSD Bank Dome. Miss Agnese and Mr. Mohammed made us feel welcome and gave wonderful service, always with a smile. The staff were very helpful with requests on the go, including a birthday cake and transportation. Thanks for making our stay memorable.

The rooms are clean and nice, but many amenities I’ve had at other hotels are missing. Compared with other Four Points hotels I’ve stayed at in Europe, even basic facilities weren’t provided. There were no toiletries apart from body wash and handwash, and no iron, bottled water, coffee or tea, or kettle.

We arrived on 27June, five nights ago, and had to add one more night to our stay. That was no problem. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the managers couldn’t have done more for us. The hotel was clean throughout. Our room had fresh towels and full supplies of toiletries, and staff gladly brought an extra pillow. There’s a pleasant seating area behind the hotel, and it’s convenient for taking the bus into Ratingen and then the tram to Dusseldorf. We’re from Scotland and appreciated all the help. We’d happily come back.
