The location was convenient, with restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets nearby, though most closed fairly early. The neighborhood itself was calm and peaceful. Check-in, however, was a real problem. The hotel said we needed to arrive before 7 PM, but train delays and cancellations made us late. We tried several ways to reach the hotel and got no answer. Makemytrip, where we booked, provided no help either. When we arrived, the doors were locked; only after some time did we find a number that worked and get the keys. The room had no air conditioning, which made things uncomfortable, and there were no tea or coffee makers, sachets, or basic amenities for the price. Breakfast was included in our booking but had very little variety and disappointed us.

The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, the shower pressure was great, and I loved the coffee at breakfast. Breakfast was simple but covered the essentials, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location is right in the town center, with plenty of parking, though finding the front entrance is a little confusing because it's behind the "main entrance" on the main road. I took off a star because there was no AC and we slept with the window open. It wasn't hot outside, but the room was warm, and being street-facing made it noisy. Maybe they had window units for summer and had already taken them out. If I visited in summer, I'd ask whether the room has an AC unit. We enjoyed the stay.

The location is very good, and the room service ladies, Portuguese and Italian, were really friendly. The rooms are a bit small. Also, if you don't want an early start, be aware that the church bells kept us from sleeping well.

We were already close to Bitburg when they called to say our reservation had been canceled because of a mistake on their end. It had been confirmed by email. They offered another place to stay but nothing to make up for the trouble. I've never had this happen before. Canceling so late felt like bad manners, and they didn't do anything to help ease the situation. The service was uniquely bad.

A decent enough hotel, with clean, comfortable rooms and nice staff. The breakfast was fantastic. There's a restaurant and bar on site, and several more restaurants and bars right in the middle of town.
