The breakfast team deserves a special thank you. They made sure we had what we needed for a good start to the day, and their personal kindness toward both of us, especially my son, meant a lot. I stayed with my 12-year-old son from May 14 to 16, and we had a very pleasant time at this brand-new hotel. The spacious rooms, very comfortable beds and excellent sound insulation made it easy to rest. It’s in lovely Ratingen, beside the charming historic center, with several good restaurants nearby. That made it a handy base for visiting busy Düsseldorf, then coming back to a quieter, welcoming place for dinner. Thanks again. We hope to return.

I was very dissatisfied with the stay. I was woken and disturbed at 9:30 a.m., even though checkout was at noon. The air conditioning wouldn’t go above 20 degrees Celsius. My room wasn’t cleaned, though I hadn’t asked for it to be left that way. On arrival, only small towels were provided, and the larger ones didn’t arrive until the next day after I asked. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.
