The beds and pillows were the most comfortable, and the staff were polite, kind and attentive. There’s a drinks vending machine in the lobby with fair prices, along with a coffee machine. The cleanest hotel I’ve ever set foot in, not a speck of dust anywhere. I’d happily give more than five stars. Definitely coming back.

Breakfast was nice, with fresh bread, freshly squeezed orange juice, eggs and plenty of other choices. The hotel is clean, cozy and centrally located. The style isn’t very modern, but the room had everything, including good air conditioning.

A simple but clean hotel, handy if you want to save money. It’s just 150-200 meters from the train station. Since it’s the terminus, it’s easy to plan your trip and go wherever you want. Convenient for visiting Altstadt without worrying about parking, since you can just get on the train and pay onboard.

You can have a typical German breakfast here, and the hotel is near an old church and road. The room was somewhat narrow. It takes about 30 minutes to get from Düsseldorf downtown to the hotel. A practical place to stay in Ratingen.

They’re always friendly and welcome my dog, and the service quality is high. A very good place to stay in Ratingen, with parking right beside the entrance.
