The staff were really friendly, professional, and available whenever we needed them. They speak and understand English too. Highly recommended, and we'll definitely stay here again if we're nearby. #iRecommend 💪🏾🇩🇪❤️

Toni, the restaurant cat, deserves some love! :) I came across this simple but wonderful hotel on a business trip, and our stay was more than pleasant. The restaurant staff member was incredibly attentive and kind. When I asked whether the solyanka had corn, she came over to check whether I'd also like a corn-free side salad. That's top-notch service.

We dropped in for lunch on the spur of the moment and felt comfortable the whole time. There was a good range of drinks, and the Gersdorf draft beer was especially tasty. The service was excellent. The menu sounded delicious and had something for everyone. We ordered venison goulash with dumplings and beef tongue with red cabbage.

This was our second visit to Hotel "Waldmühle", and we enjoyed it just as much. The rooms facing the forest were so quiet, and the thermal baths were only a short walk away. The Hoffmann family really pays attention to guests' comfort, from the lovely rooms and charming decorations to the delicious food. They also gave us helpful suggestions for activities and things to keep in mind. We arranged flowers on the table as a birthday surprise, and they set it up perfectly. Everyone was delighted, especially the birthday person. Half-board is a good option if you like good food and are ready for a larger dinner portion. Every dish was tasty and nicely presented. We had a wonderful stay again and will definitely be back.
