We cancelled our reservation and got no refund from Booking.com, even after sending photos. The landlord refused. The room hadn’t been cleaned, and the accommodation was absolutely terrible, as the photos show. I strongly advise against booking here. The landlord was unreachable in person and unfriendly on the phone. I’ll report this to the trade supervisory office!

It was noisy late into the night, and everything was unbelievably filthy. There weren’t even basic things like a bedside lamp, and the furniture looked like it had come from a dumpster. A removed smoke detector could eventually cause legal trouble or bring the building inspectorate around. Avoid this place at all costs.

A total tragedy. I didn’t want to sleep here, I just wanted to get out. Please, never again.
