It was a relief that everyone on staff spoke excellent English, since our local language skills were pretty weak. The staff were great, and the hotel was very clean. I'd recommend it to travelers from abroad.

8/10
The room was clean and tidied every day, and the WiFi stayed connected, but it was so slow that we could manage audio calls only, no YouTube or anything else. Mobile data is the better option. Breakfast was okay, I guess, though it wasn't really to my taste. The shower area needs work because water gets all over the floor, and slippers for walking around the room would be useful. It was a nice hotel overall, and those changes would make it better.

The breakfast selection was a little limited, but it was fine for the price. The hotel was very clean and the air conditioning was a real bonus. Staff were extremely kind and handled all our requests and changes professionally. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely return if we needed to.

The rooms were nice and breakfast was generous, but the staff stood out most. Everyone was so welcoming and kind. A special shout-out to Julia, the receptionist!

Service and cleaning were excellent. The hotel itself was good and inexpensive, but breakfast was cold apart from the coffee from the machine. There were no scrambled eggs, sausages, pancakes, or similar hot options, and nowhere in the building to heat baby food since there wasn't a single microwave. The vending machine only took cash or an app that seemed dubious.
