The apartment was spacious, clean, and well kept, just two minutes from the riverside. Mrs Goldbach was a fantastic host. She stayed in touch before and during our visit and went out of her way to send an item I’d left behind to my next holiday apartment. There’s a lovely cellar bar and pizza restaurant next door, bus access a couple of minutes away on foot, and supermarkets and the city centre are easy to reach.

For the price, the location is hard to beat for exploring the city. This ground floor apartment is perfectly adequate, with a well equipped kitchen and furnishings that are okay. It’s a bit dark, and the parking space entrance is very narrow, though the space itself is right outside the window.

The apartment had what we needed, though things were worn, they still worked. We slept well and enjoyed our time in Regensburg. The location is the main draw: a few minutes from the center, near the Danube, and with parking on site. For that location, the price was very good. The place does need renovation, and some of the furnishings should be replaced.

The place was spotless, and getting in touch with the landlady was easy. We especially liked how central it was while still being quiet, with parking right in the courtyard. It made exploring Regensburg simple. We had a lovely stay and would happily return.

There’s a parking space, and the neighborhood stays quiet even though the apartment is close to the center. Regensburg Cathedral is only a few minutes away on foot. Inside, there are two comfortable bedrooms, a bathroom, and a kitchen. The furnishings feel a little like a home from the 1980s, but we enjoyed our stay.
