For a longer work stay in Regensburg, this turned out to be a great find. Mario was a fantastic host, always available for questions and requests. The apartment is spacious and quiet, on the second floor, with a garden-facing bedroom. It has a superbly equipped kitchen and a brand-new bathroom. The renovation feels modern while keeping the charm of the old wooden beams. It's right by Herzogspark, a real green oasis, and also close to Donaupark recreation area and the city center. Cleanliness and value for money were top-notch. I look forward to returning.

After only three falls, you're in the old town, where this place is very clean, newly renovated, and well equipped. Perfect accommodation for such an enchanting city.

We were greeted very warmly by the landlord, and when we left, we accidentally forgot some of our clothes in the apartment. We quickly got in touch with Mr. M., who immediately found a solution for us. Many thanks again for that! The apartment was ideal for our family of two adults and a toddler, and our one-year-old son felt very comfortable. It was spotless throughout, in excellent renovated condition, and had a beautiful balcony. The kitchen was well set up and had everything we needed. The location is great too, with everything reachable on foot in 10-15 minutes. It's a beautiful place to stay near central Regensburg.
