The gym works well for cardio and some weight training, and the indoor parking is available for a good price. WiFi is free, fast, and stable enough for HD streaming. Rooms are superb and in good condition, housekeeping does a great job, and the staff are always friendly and focused on guests. As an Accor diamond member, I got more than I expected. Check-in and checkout were quick and easy. This is my first hotel choice in the region. Many thanks to everyone.
10/10
We were a family of three, and one of us slept on the sofa bed, which was sadly very uncomfortable. I also didn't like the pillows, they were lumpy and rock hard. Even so, I'd love to return. The hotel is beautiful, with a nice breakfast and dining area and plenty of tables. The staff were polite and helpful. Underground garage parking was 12€ for Accor members.
6/10
The hotel itself was fine, with a comfortable bed, nice shower, and great breakfast. Finding the parking was difficult, so ask for a map before you arrive. It was expensive at €29. The area felt unsafe, especially at night, with many homeless people and drug and alcohol users.
6/10
I won't book here again. On a work trip, I needed a desk and a proper chair to use my computer, but neither was in the room. When I asked staff about them, they responded with a horrible attitude and told me I should have booked a business room. I've never run into this on any other business trip.
6/10
The room was decent and the location worked well, but the heating was the main issue. The air conditioning didn't seem to have any effect, so I gave up and kept the window open day and night. That brought in a lot of road noise.
