I was feeling quite sick when I arrived, and the staff at Chin-Chin were so helpful and friendly. They carried my heavy luggage upstairs and the receptionist arranged for dinner to be brought to my room. My one disappointment was breakfast bread. For Germany, I expected Brötchen, Brezeln, rustic loaves, or different kinds of rolls, but there was only small square sliced bread.

The building, location, and staff were all things I liked, but the basics were so neglected that they spoiled the stay. The bed was one of the most uncomfortable I’ve ever slept in, and the towels were tiny and cheap.
