The Wasser room was so cosy and relaxing that it was hard to leave, and the bed was very comfortable. It’s in a great location for the shops, attractions, and Christmas markets, and an easy walk from the train station. For a delicious breakfast, book at the cafe next door. The staff, atmosphere, and food there were incredible. The room is on the top floor and you can only reach it by stairs. The hot tub takes a bit of trial and error to figure out, and the TV had some issues, though we didn’t come to Regensburg to watch TV. Great place and location. Book the Wasser room and enjoy Regensburg.

There was no service, reception, or support. It’s really just a room, more expensive than any hotel in the surrounding area, and there’s no mini-bar or drinking water. Some of these details should be made clear to people before they book.

A special hotel with an ample, tastefully furnished room and exemplary cleanliness. The hosts’ hospitality included tea, water, and coffee.

Oh, absolutely not. The hotel is basically above a cafe, and that’s where you pick up the key. It was old, decrepit, and creepy. I had to walk up 4 flights of stairs, which felt like going into an attic, and the toilet wouldn’t flush. I gave up the $150 and found a lovely room at Hotel Orphee for a bit more. Buyer beware in Regensburg!
