Little 7 Boutique Hotel

The hotel was ideally located near the river boat docks, which worked perfectly for us. Staff service was excellent, and the rooms were nice and better than we expected. There’s no elevator, which could be an issue for some. My only criticism is that the bed felt too firm for me.

A really disappointing stay. It felt more like a shabby Airbnb than a boutique hotel, and we didn’t see any staff. The room was dirty: the rugs looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a long time, there was dust and crumbs on the sofa, and the toilet was disgusting. A total waste of money!

I was very satisfied and would definitely come back. The hotel is right on the Danube, in a fantastic location, and the rooms are clean, modern, and comfortable. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, and made me feel well looked after. Highly recommended!

The rooms were spacious, but that didn’t make up for how disappointing and unclean the stay was. The toilet still had grime on it, so we had to clean it ourselves. The shower drain was clogged, with dirt coming out of the trap. The heating was set so high that the room was uncomfortably hot, and we had to keep the windows open day and night. We couldn’t adjust the temperature ourselves. I wrote both problems on the registration form and reported them to the woman in the café downstairs on our first morning, asking her to pass them on. She said she would, but nothing happened. On departure day, I spoke to the owner in the café. She didn’t apologize and asked why we hadn’t said anything, saying the heating could have been adjusted for us. That was unbelievable, since I had already reported both issues in writing and told the café staff.
