Domresidenz Apartment Suites

Our apartment in the Domresidenz was perfect, and we loved staying in Regensburg. It’s right in the center and feels like pure luxury. Highly recommend.

Domresidenz was spotless and beautifully furnished, with plush bedding and instant hot water. We had keyless entry, and the renovated building had all the comforts of home. Thomas was responsive and accommodating. A wonderful stay, highly recommend Domresidenz!!!!

The location was a highlight, right in the city center near the Dom and the Stone Bridge, on a tucked away, picturesque street where noise wasn’t an issue. The apartment had a lot of atmosphere, comfortable beds, and everything we needed. I especially appreciated the paper kitchen towels, along with the complimentary sparkling water, Nespresso coffee cups, and tea bags. Each room also had separately adjustable floor heating. My colleague and I stayed for a week while attending a conference, and we were both very happy there. Thomas welcomed me first, showed me around the apartment/suite, and told me some of its history. My colleague arrived the next day while I was at the conference. Thomas arranged another keycard, which my colleague could collect from the dispenser at the property and use to check in alone. The service was excellent, including a midweek cleaning. The dishes were washed, towels refreshed, trash taken out, and coffee cups and tea bags refilled. We had a wonderful stay in Regensburg and would wholeheartedly recommend the Domresidenz.

We spent 8 nights at Dom Residenz and couldn’t have been happier. Thomas greeted us early and told us about the history of the building, which is over 800 years old and which he carefully renovated over three years. St. Peter’s Cathedral is very close, with restaurants and shops all around. My husband’s childhood ice cream shop was nearby too, and the location made it easy to explore the heart of Regensburg. Our two-bedroom apartment felt like home, with a full kitchen, air conditioning, and USB A and C ports so we didn’t need an adapter. We were traveling around Europe for a month, so having laundry facilities with detergent was a big help. I also loved looking out our bedroom window at the nearby tower and watching locals head out on morning bike rides. We slept wonderfully. It’s a lovely blend of old charm and modern comfort, and I highly recommend it for a stay in Regensburg.
