Everything was great except the Wi-Fi. It wasn’t available in our room, even though we asked for it to be turned on.

The apartment was far too hot in summer, and there was no air conditioning or ventilation to help. It also sits right by the street, so traffic noise came through the poorly insulated windows. Inside, the floor was dusty, things were scattered around, and the kitchen utensils felt sticky and unhygienic. The place is old with only a surface-level renovation, and the online photos made it look much better than it was. I paid €285 for two nights, which felt completely out of line with the quality. I wouldn't recommend it, and the stay didn't meet my expectations.

The 1970s-style rooms were lovely, and having a kitchen made our stay of several days very comfortable. The apartment is in a great spot, and the staff were friendly. We had breakfast at Hotel Luis across the street one day, and it was excellent. Trattoria Sorano right next door is also well worth a visit. We'd happily come back.
