The place is very clean, quiet, modern, and well maintained, which has made my extended stay comfortable and stress-free. The staff have been wonderful, kind, attentive, responsive, and highly professional. I'm very happy staying here and would highly recommend it.

The only real downside is the cargo train line beside the building. Trains pass very rarely, about once a day, and with all the windows shut the room is soundproof. The serviced apartment is fully furnished and matches the pictures. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. It's about a 30-minute walk to the city center, or three bus stops, so the location works very well.

I've traveled around Asia, Europe, and the United States, and this is one of the best hotel/apartments I've stayed in. It has a prime location and everything you might need, including a kitchen, washing machine, and coffee machine. Special thanks to Bettina, the front manager. I'd definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

I recently moved to Regensburg for work, and the staff have made the whole move much easier with all their help. The apartment is thoughtfully set up for a stay and feels top of the line. Bettina especially went out of her way to make sure everything was taken care of. If I could give this place six stars, I would!

We only stayed for the weekend, but the apartment would work well for a longer visit too. It felt luxurious, and the location was great. The private rooftop terrace was a lovely extra. Probably the best apartment I've ever stayed in.
