The staff really do go out of their way to make you happy. The room is small, the design is bizarre, there's no elevator, and the location is, let's say, interesting. Still, one night is fine, and compared with other hotels I think it's good value for the money. The friendly staff help make up for those drawbacks.

We stayed just one night on the way to Prague, and the place matched what was described online. The linens smelled lovely, and it was a pleasure to get into bed. Cleanliness was the best we encountered on our recent vacation. The staff were so kind and well-intentioned, breakfast was very good, and we loved the place.

The woman running the place was lovely and warm-hearted, and the room was clean. It could use a few basics, though: there was no hair dryer, and a kettle would have been nice, especially since places to eat are some distance away. Regensburg is about a 50-minute walk. There's a bus just around the corner, and a car would make things easy. The nearby business park has several restaurants where you can eat. Locals said it used to be a brothel not long ago, and the interior does make that sound possible.

We only stayed one night on our way back to The Netherlands after vacation, so we didn't get to experience everything. The bed and showers were great.

A nice, clean and modern room, with flexible check-in and check-out times. It was just right for a one-day stay, and easy to get to.
