The hotel is right in the old town, so the main sights and restaurants are an easy walk away. It's a charming old building that's been carefully and romantically redeveloped as a hotel. There were four of us on a cycling holiday, and they let us keep our bikes safely in an inner courtyard. We wheeled them through reception. Breakfast was served in a room that also functions as an art gallery.

The bicycle parking is very good, with several charging stations, tools, a pump, and cleaning rags, so it's a good choice if you're cycling. The breakfast buffet was particularly good, and the staff were all pleasant and helpful. The central location means the rooms are compact, but they're well laid out and have the expected standard. Despite being in the historic center, my room was very quiet.

The Tower suite was beautiful and had great amenities. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. A wonderful base for exploring an amazing town.

Breakfast was a great buffet, though I wish they had regular black coffee instead of only a convenience-store cappuccino dispenser. The hotel is small and quaint, right in the city center, but even the "deluxe comfort" room was small. There's no air conditioning or ventilation for hot summer days.

I've stayed here many times and have always had a good experience. It's my favorite place to stay in Regensburg, and I'd highly recommend it. The location is perfect for exploring the city. Rooms are very nice and extremely clean, the breakfast buffet is excellent, and the staff are always friendly, available, and helpful.
