The staff were exceptionally kind, which was the best part of my stay. The room was clean, with decent beds and lighting that worked, though it could use some improvement. On the third floor it was quiet, but the small windows let in very little daylight. The bathroom was spotless, and the taps made it easy to keep the water at a precise, steady temperature. Room service was fine, though a few towels were put back on the rail instead of replaced. I was also disappointed that only sparkling water was provided in the room. Parking behind the hotel was available at reasonable rates. Breakfast had enough options, including two yogurt flavors, croissants, fruit salad, and cold cuts, but the quality or freshness fell short. The fruit in particular seemed to have been prepared the previous day on more than one occasion. I had a good stay thanks especially to the kind staff, and would recommend the hotel for a visit of no more than 2-3 days, in my opinion.

I stayed for two weeks with a coworker. The room was kept clean, and housekeeping did a great job. The location was lovely, and the water pressure in the small shower was nice. But the bed was low and hard, with a big dip in the middle, so we couldn't get comfortable. Some staff were really nice, especially the younger woman and man. An older woman at the desk was mean and had a nasty attitude. Construction was going on all the time, and we couldn't get into or out of our parking space. There was no microwave or fridge in the room.

The staff were welcoming and helpful, and the food was fresh, though the selection was limited but workable. My room was fairly large, but had no carpet, and the TV felt small for the space. The hotel sits near local landmarks, just outside the city center, so you can avoid the crowds of tourists and locals out for drinks.

Breakfast was below what I'd expect from a European hotel, and my WiFi access expired the night before I left despite being told it would last my whole stay. The room itself was adequately equipped and had plenty of hot water with good pressure. It was large enough, though an awkward shape because of the sloping roof. The hotel has three separate buildings. I was placed in the one farthest from reception, under the roof, up two long flights of stairs with no elevator. It may suit someone on a budget, but I prefer a bit more.
