We had a lovely stay, apart from breakfast. When we went to sit down, the head waitress rudely told us we couldn't take that table and had to sit somewhere else, instead of asking politely if we could use one of the other tables. When we brought up her tone, she was dismissive, as if we were wasting her time and should just move on.

The sauna and relaxation area were great, with nice tea and water, and we were almost alone in the wellness area. The hotel's restaurant also served great food. It's easy to find on Reichenau Island, and the calming view made the stay even better. We had a really nice time. The room was very clean and breakfast was great, and it felt like they did everything to make the stay enjoyable. The booking also comes with free public transit rides, so getting to Konstanz is easy without hunting for a parking spot. We'd recommend the hotel to friends and family, and might come back ourselves with more time. The rental bikes looked great too.

The setting is beautiful, and the staff are friendly. Our room was modern and clean, and we even got upgraded to a spacious suite. I liked the hotel a lot overall, though the room's modern style made it feel a bit sterile.

Very bad, unfair hotel rules. The staff don't respect their clients or explain all the information. I'm talking about the Romanian staff members, Costina, I think her name was, and another woman who works there. I wish they would lose their jobs! If you want this to be a good, respectful place, teach your staff to do their actual work. I'm ready to post more if you don't get rid of that staff!
