The staff made the stay feel especially welcoming, always friendly and ready to help. Our room was huge and spotless. I’d happily come back to this hotel.

The rooms were far below what I’d expect from a four-star hotel, and the cleanliness was awful. We found cigarette butts under the bed, and mold was everywhere. It took three room changes to find one with less mold. A couple of reception staff tried to help, including the person working the morning of August 2, but the rest of the experience there was a nightmare. I can’t recommend staying here.

We were more than pleased with our stay before heading into Heidelberg. The room was clean and nicely furnished, and the outdoor bar area was lovely. We also ate at the restaurant as soon as we arrived. The food tasted fantastic, was cooked just right, and there was much more than we could finish.

Parking and access to the spa, including the saunas from 5 to 10 pm, were included in the room price. The spa was amazing and looked like it had been renovated recently, and the price felt very reasonable for what we got. My one-night stay was easy too, with quick check-in and checkout and a spotless, spacious, well-kept room.

The restaurant was excellent, and both the food and drinks were really good quality. My room was warm, clean, and so nice I can’t put it into words. The staff were lovely and helpful to me. I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels, but this one felt special and was one of the greatest experiences of my life. I hope I can go back soon.
