The reception staff and the people serving breakfast were nice, but my restaurant experience was awful. The waitress with long dark hair gave me an old menu, so the bill came to much more than the listed price. When I struggled to translate parts of the menu, she yelled that it wasn’t her problem I didn’t speak German. I’d asked for an English menu, which apparently hadn’t been updated. She also said I wouldn’t get a menu again and shouldn’t come back because English was difficult for her. She described one dish as coming with baked potatoes, but I got boiled ones instead. In the end, both the dish and the price were different from what I’d ordered.
